FOUNDER
Timo Gunia
Timo started in banking at Commerzbank, where he learned how businesses are run and measured. He moved into recruiting, filling professional and middle-management roles in banking, finance and consulting, then ran the Zurich office of an executive search boutique. At dentsu he led the Swiss talent function through the integration of two agencies. At Google he spent a few years hiring for the engineering organization across EMEA.
He founded Gunia Consulting in 2024. Alongside the work on organization and leadership, he builds the systems behind it: applicant tracking, screening automation and the AI workflows that let a lean team move fast.
