A builder's role. We're a senior-led hiring-operations consultancy in Switzerland — one senior partner — hiring someone to build and run our automation layer, start to finish, on our infrastructure, documented.

What you'd build

• Application intake → ranked shortlist: every applicant lands clean and scored.
• Pipeline sync: candidate progress in lockstep across our internal tools and the client-facing boards.
• Job-board automation: every open role on our site automatically, applications pushed straight into our system.
• BD pipeline: weekly signals (funding rounds, hiring gaps) sorted warm to cold, with a suggested next action.

How it works

~12–15 hrs/week, 3-month minimum to start. One system live per month, milestone-paced, documented. Our accounts, our keys — we pay for shipped, working systems, not hours logged.

What you bring

• You've shipped at least one production automation someone else now uses day-to-day. Not a demo.
• Fluent with workflow tools (n8n, Make, Pipedream) and Python or JavaScript; comfortable with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks.
• Built with LLMs in production (Claude preferred). CRM experience. Fluent written English.
• At least 4 hrs/week overlap with Zurich hours.
