Associate Consultant

We are an advisory and search firm for organization and leadership. We're looking for an Associate Consultant who takes ownership from day one: running candidate processes on live mandates and driving our outreach to new clients. You get the brief and the targets. How you get there is up to you.

The role

You have two main focus areas. On our mandates, you run the candidate side from search to shortlist: you find the right people, approach them, qualify them and keep the process moving until the final decision. On the business side, you drive our outreach to private equity portfolio companies, growth-stage businesses, funds and holdings, from identifying the right accounts to booking the meeting. We work remotely and lean, so we need someone who plans their own week, follows through without being chased and reports results, not activity.

What you'll own

• Source and approach candidates for executive and professional search mandates.
• Run first qualification calls and present candidates with a clear assessment.
• Manage candidates through the process: scheduling, feedback, references and closing communication.
• Build target account lists with current triggers such as transactions, leadership changes or financing rounds.
• Run outreach campaigns end to end: personalized messages, follow-ups and meetings booked.
• Keep our pipeline and candidate records accurate in the internal tool.
• Find and secure media opportunities for the firm, such as articles, podcasts and events.

What you bring

• One to three years in executive search, recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with first exposure to business development.
• You have approached and screened candidates yourself and want to own full processes.
• You work independently: you set priorities, make decisions and move things forward without waiting for instructions.
• English at a professional level (C1 or above), fluent German is a big plus.
• Confident using AI tools and applicant tracking systems to get more done.
