What you'd own

• The founder's voice — turn Timo's raw takes (voice notes, opinions, client texture) into LinkedIn posts he reads once and ships. It has to sound like him, not a generic consultant.
• LinkedIn, built to grow — cadence, formats, hooks, an audience that turns into inbound. Founder profile and company page.
• The ideas — angles, series, formats, and spotting when Timo should be visible (an event, a panel, an interview) and turning it into content.
• On-brand visuals inside our existing, locked design system — you make it run and evolve content within it; you don't redesign it.
• Instagram, kept alive — light-touch, deliberate, minimal.

How it works

~6–10 hours/week, fractional by design, month to month. A short paid trial to start — a handful of posts in the founder's voice; voice fit is the gate. Use AI freely; we pay for the judgment that makes the output not sound like AI. ~4 hours/week overlap with Zurich hours.

Who you are

• You've built and grown a real presence — a brand, a founder's channel, a content engine someone now runs. Not student projects.
• Clean English, native or near-native — and you can make writing sound like a specific person, not a template.
• Taste: an eye for minimalist, restrained design, and the judgment to produce strong visuals within a locked system.
• You know what makes a LinkedIn post land and an audience grow — hooks, formats, consistency.
• Self-directed: you scope, ship, document, and bring ideas without being asked.
