We run hiring as an embedded function for founders and funds — in Switzerland, Germany, and sometimes beyond. The searches are real, the standard is senior, and we're adding someone to the team to own the front of every search.

You find the people, reach out, run the first conversations, and keep the pipeline full and moving. You work directly with the founder and close to every search, with real ownership from week one. Remote, part of a small team.

What you'd own

• Find candidates — through our network, our database, LinkedIn, and more.
• Run the job ads and keep the multiposting current.
• Pre-qualify against the brief — first CV screen, plus the qualifying calls with candidates, in German.
• Keep our ATS clean and up to date (power user).
• Coordinate candidates: scheduling, communication, follow-up.

How it works

• A core seat on a small team, working directly with the founder.
• Fully remote — work from anywhere, as long as your German is native.
• Part-time or full-time, depending on fit.
• Terms we discuss directly.

Who you are

• Native German — non-negotiable. You'll be speaking with German-speaking candidates every day.
• 1–3 years in sourcing or recruiting, ideally agency-side.
• Comfortable running a first conversation — you read people quickly and represent us well.
• Fluent in modern sourcing — Boolean, X-ray, outreach.
• AI is already part of how you work — you use it constantly, as part of your daily tasks.
• Scrappy — you find the way through and don't wait to be unblocked.
• You work independently, structured, and discreet.
