We run hiring as an embedded function for founders and funds — in Switzerland, Germany, and sometimes beyond. The searches are real, the standard is senior, and the bottleneck is hours, not ambition. We're looking for someone to own the front of every search.

You find and pre-qualify candidates, build the pipeline and keep it moving. We run the screening and the client relationship; you make sure the right people are in the funnel when we get there. You work directly with the founder, with real ownership from week one. Fully remote, freelance, flexible hours — part-time or full-time depending on fit.

What you'd own

• Find candidates — through our network, our database, LinkedIn, and more.
• Run the job ads and keep the multiposting current.
• Pre-qualify inbound profiles — first CV screen against the brief, plus a light first call.
• Keep our ATS clean and up to date (power user).
• Coordinate candidates: scheduling, communication, follow-up.

How it works

• Freelance, invoice-based, fully remote — work from anywhere, as long as your German is native.
• Flexible hours: part-time or full-time, depending on fit.
• Direct line to the founder.
• We'll discuss terms directly in conversation.

Who you are

• Native German — non-negotiable. You'll be working directly with German-speaking candidates.
• 1–3 years in sourcing or recruiting, ideally agency-side.
• Fluent in modern sourcing — Boolean, X-ray, outreach.
• AI is already part of how you work — you use it constantly, as part of your daily tasks.
• Scrappy — you find the way through and don't wait to be unblocked.
• You work independently, structured, and discreet.
